Overview

Dividend Pilot is designed to help you track dividend income, holdings, payout dates, goals, and portfolio cash flow. The app is built with a privacy-first approach and is intended to keep your portfolio data under your control.

Information you enter

You may choose to enter or import portfolio information such as tickers, share counts, account types, cost information, dividend data, goals, and settings. This information is used to power the app’s dashboards, calendar, holdings list, income views, alerts, CSV import/export, and data quality tools.

Local storage

Dividend Pilot is designed to store portfolio data on your device unless you choose to use features that require external data sources or platform services. Deleting the app or using the app’s delete-data controls may remove locally stored app data.

Data sources and refreshes

The app may use external data sources to refresh prices, dividend information, exchange rates, or related portfolio metadata. When these features are used, requests may include ticker symbols, market identifiers, currency information, and other non-sensitive technical details required to complete the refresh.

Notifications

If you enable dividend alerts or monthly income summaries, Dividend Pilot may use your device’s notification features to remind you about relevant payout dates, ex-dividend dates, or income summaries. You can manage notification permissions in the app and in your device settings.

Analytics, ads, and diagnostics

The app may use platform services, advertising SDKs, or basic diagnostics to operate, improve stability, measure app performance, or support monetization. These services may receive technical information such as device type, app version, approximate region, crash details, advertising identifiers where permitted, and usage events. Dividend Pilot does not sell your portfolio data.

Support requests

If you contact support, you may share your email address, screenshots, device details, or a description of the issue. This information is used only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Children’s privacy

Dividend Pilot is intended for a general investing audience and is not directed to children. Do not use the app to submit information about children.

Your choices

• You can choose what portfolio information to enter or import.
• You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.
• You can use delete-data controls where available.
• You can contact support with privacy questions.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Dividend Pilot evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
